## Report an issue

Open it on the repo for the harness you are using. Include the harness version and the plugin version, the tool call (name and arguments, redacted as you need), what the console row shows or that there is none, and what you expected. The reports worth the most are the ones where the hook let a call through that a rule should have caught, or stopped one it should not have.

## Contribute a harness page

Every harness has a page under [/controls](/controls) that documents the harness's own controls: what it blocks by default, how its approval loop works, where its rules live, and what an ACP plugin adds on top. Each page names the version it was checked against and cites a source for every claim.

To add one, open a pull request on the site repo. Copy an existing page in `controls/`, name the version you tested, link the source for each claim, and say plainly what the harness does not have. Claim nothing you did not run.
